[...] Vegetarianism has helped me keep my weight under control. I’ve become a lot more health conscious. I now watch my calorie intake and fat grams. I drink more water. I’m close to being vegan. Eggs are still hard to give up. I’ve become more involved with taking care of the environment. I carpool as often as I can. I use rechargeable batteries. I try to conserve energy and water. And I realize that vegetarianism helps preserve our planet. [...]

I am more for vegetarinanism because that animals deserve to have a pleasant stay on this earth. We sing about love & peace in churches, but what about practicing what is preached. Respect for life is what a real human being does have & every being in this world deserves our respect. The ancient ancestors were more civil with animals as the future. Why is that? Who is to plame? What can be done to bring some sense to the people who have lost their way from the true spiritual path for respecting our world. Sincerely with esteem, Gabriele
