One way you can try the vegetarian diet, is to try a meatless burger, such as a Boca Burger or Morningstar. I like both, but prefer Boca Burgers.
Boca Burger Coupon
The main ingredient in a Boca Burger is soy protein. The taste and texture of the Boca burger is very similar to beef burgers, but without all the gross fat. They are quite yummy, as usual pair them with your favorite veggies and condiments. I love my Boca Burger with mayo, mustard, lettuce, and two big juicy slices of hand grown garden tomatoes.

On the nutrition side, the Original Boca Burger recipe has zero grams of cholesterol, is low in fat, high in protein, and boasts a tidy 70 calories. The only downside is they are kind of high in sodium. But nowhere near McSodium high. They are tasty, hearty, and versatile. You can microwave, put them in a conventional oven, or even grill them. Yum!

I prefer Boca over Morning Star. I love Soy burgers and feel so much better after I eat them. I like it with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Cheese, on a bun with Thousand Island.
Thousand Island? Ooh! that sounds good. I love ranch, anything and everything tastes infinitely better with ranch. Yes! I also like Morningstar, i believe they have a black bean burger that is pretty decent.

i love boca burgers. i eat them everyday… you can find them at jimbos, henrys, staor bros, albertsons….etc… you have to be careful though because some boxes have 80 calories and some have 70…and also some of the boxes look the same so sometimes ill buy the non-vegan version on accident…oops.
the only problem is, that they get kind of expensive cuz theres only 4 per box but its totally worht it…

Hi Boca , I am 52 yrs. old and have tryed to loss weight all my life , portion control , weight watchers you name it even starving myself. I never lost a lb. Since I started eatting Boca Burgers in the morning with a veggy then afternoon cottage cheese and high protein Drink from the Health food store then evening meal I’ll have another Boca with veggy .I have lost 25 lbs. no kidding that’s ALL Iv’e done and of course drink lots of water . I put enchalada sauce on them , so I think I’m having Mexican …how cool is that . I just LOVE Boca Burgers ….thank you sooo much .If you buy them at “Sam” club you can get a big box of 18 or so ? .. for around 6 bucks such a deal .
I found them at wild oats 6bucks for 2 boxes. I tried the nuggets for the first time. So yummy!

Boca also offers a vegan burger, which is a nice option for vegans.
I often shy away from veg burgers, just because something about them is too real….I think that if I put them on my Foreman grill I’d like them better. In the microwave they just come out….I don’t, gaggy, at least for me. I have some vegan Bocas in the freezer and plan on utilizing the grill, and maybe a little soy cheese. And Dijon mustard and/or ketchup, of course!!!!!!!

The Boca Grill Burger is DIVINE on the grill. If you haven’t tried it, do give it a go. Hurry before the Summer is gone gone gone.
I just started a 1200 calorie diet and I added boca burgers and salmon into my daily eating. I have to say I was not all for boca burgers before, but now that I had them I plan on replacing red meat and eating them. I do notice I feel better after eating them and I have been full of energy. It’s good to take care of your body, because it will take care of you.
I prefer Boca over morningstart products. I feel that Boca has more spices that adds better flavoring. I love their spicy chickin patties with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Their sausage links are the best everrrrrrrrrrr
