I have to say I was not all for boca burgers before, but now that I had them I plan on replacing red meat and eating them. I do notice I feel better after eating them and I have been full of energy. I often shy away from veg burgers, just because something about them is too real....I think that if I put them on my Foreman grill I'd like them better.  In the microwave they just come out....I don't, gaggy, at least for me.  I have some vegan Bocas in the freezer and plan on utilizing the grill, and maybe a little soy cheese.  And Dijon mustard and/or ketchup, of course!!!!!!!
