Vegetarian Tag Game

The vegetarian tag game has found its way to Groovy Vegetarian. I have been tagged by Katie over at Chocolate Covered Vegan. She was tagged by Veg Momma. And on it goes. I don’t usually do these, but it is a great way (or should i say an EASY way) to share of myself with you. Hope you like.

Most disastrous recipe/meal failure?

Yikes, there are sooooooo many. The most recent would be these cheese empanadas i was making as a Thanksgiving appetizer for my in-laws. The cheese was not gooey and melty like it was suppose to be, because (genuis me) did NOT add a key ingredient.
 

How do you organize your recipes?
organize, huh! 

If you were stranded on an island and could only bring 3 foods…what would they be (don’t worry about how you’ll cook them)?

ranch dressing, tomatoes, and peanut butter 

Fondest food memory from your childhood?

this would definitely be, the times my mom would try to teach me how-to cook with no measurements involved. it was a dash of this, a pinch of that. needless to say, im cook handicapped, still. lol.

Favorite vegan ice cream?

turtle, yum! soooooo good.
 

Most loved kitchen appliance?
oh yeah! the corkscrew.

Cookbook you have owned for the longest time?
omg! betty crocker. but it’s ok, because i dont ever use it.

Favorite flavor of jam/jelly?
grape-a-licious

Favorite veg recipe to serve to an omni friend?

veg tacos: beans, rice, corn, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream. delish!

Name 3 items in your freezer without looking.

1.) amy’s lasagna (she makes tasty organic frozen entrees) 2.) blueberry yogurt ice cream 3.) french toast sticks

i haven’t bought any yet, but i want some organic and veg cookies from bella’s cookies. these aren’t really pricey or extravagant, but i want some.
