Don't be fooled into thinking these highly processed nuggets have made it to your grocer's freezer without consuming animal lives. Consider the amazing amount of animal habitat that has been cleared around to make way for acres of soy beans in the last decades. Making the choice to be a vegetarian is a positive environmental step, but one must begin to eat locally to eat humanely. Living necessarily takes life. We must all recognize biological fact and work to consume in the most sustainable fashion. "Vegetarian Chicken Cordon Melts from Lightlife" are surely not the answer.

This looks really good. It is so hard to find time to cook new vegetarian meals. I like options like boca and morning star, and this will just add to easy and conveneint vegetarian options! Thanks for the great information

Hi---Bratling: The sodium levels are not really that bad, it probably depends on what you compare them to. Thanxs for your visit and the comment. Come again.
Hi---Bryan: Hey, nice to see you here. I know you're a busy dude. I dont know about healthy, but the most important thing to me about the melts, is that they are meat-free. (but they definitely are a good source of protein @ 21grams)
See ya around the interweb. (hehe)

This looks delicious, but the sodium levels are way too high for me.
I heard recently the government was looking into regulating the sodium levels in our foods, and I hope they follow through with this!
