    I’m not really a fan of blackbean, I’ve only tried it as a sauce though, I may or may not venture into soupland.

    Thanxs for stopping by! You should try the black beans in soup, it is quite yummy. Just spice it up and add the flavoring that you like. If you like them in sauce, i don’t see how you would not like them in soup.

    It’s just starting to get cold around here, and that’s when I love a bean soup like this one.  We are always trying different variations on bean soups, it really takes the edge off a cold day.  I usually like mixed bean soup the best, but black beans are good as well.

    I love bean or grain soups anytime. Where I come from, we have them as dessert as well. We have red bean soup, green bean soup etc ( chinese dessert )
    I don’t think I see the use of black bean as much here in the recipes of local food. I’ll love to try that out though!
