Let me also add RecipeZaar. This is another excellent website for finding vegetarian recipes, as they have a robust search engine.

I like the many extras the site offers, such as:

adding your own photos
emailing to a friend or your cell phone
rating the recipe
printing the recipe
changing the servings and units
the nutrition facts
