Hey, Ed:
Let me first say i stopped over your blog earlier today, and the video about you returning the Verizon phone book was classic. So funny. Phone books are bad bad bad. Point taken. lol.
You are right about big cities having awesome options for vegetarians, and healthy options in general. There are a few where i live, and even more where i'm from.
Thanxs for coming by. And do let me know if you record another wacky phone book video. lol.
Happy Holidays!!!

Good tips. I'm a big fan of black bean burgers. Luckily, I live in a city, Minneapolis, where a lot of healthy options are available.

jennifer »
I'm craving a black bean burger, too. Maybe i will make some tonite.
As for Canola oil, it has less of the bad fats than olive oil. But both have less bad fats, than other oils generally speaking. Below is a great article on the differences between the Canola Oil and Olive Oil.

Enjoy. And there is nothing wrong with loving your olive oil. lol. It's good stuff.

Mmmm, I'm craving a black bean burger now. I think I have some in my freezer!Â
I wonder why they consider canola oil better than olive oil? That one surprised me a bit. Definitely choose canola over vegetable or corn oil, but I'm not sure that it's better than olive oil. Equal to, perhaps.
Or maybe I just love olive too much. ;)
