Oatmeal is also great with Strawberries. I tend to always mix some type of Flax into mine which is another Superfood. Instead of Brown Sugar try Guava Nectar.

Hi, Andy: Not crazy at all. We are all unique and different and like what we like. I like ketchup on my oatmeal, so go figure. Lol. Just kidding. (I do not like ketchup on my oatmeal)

Call me crazy but I like my oatmeal raw. I love 100% whole grain oats in a bowl (uncooked) with some strawberries or blueberries or blackberries or a combination of them. Pour some skim milk over it and that's what I call delicious. That's what I eat most every morning.

I'm a big fan of the Old-Fashioned Irish Oats that Trader Joes carries. I like to make them with some honey and blueberries. :)
Banana and brown sugar sounds great, I'll have to try that. Any tips to keep brown sugar from hardening? (thats my big issue with brown sugar -- I've tried apple slices without much luck...)

I must say that oatmeal is one of my favorite foods. It's inexpensive, easy to make, versatile and extremely healthy. It is always great for those who are on a diet because it is extremely filling. My favorite form of oatmeal is a banana with brown sugar.
