Vitamin C is found in plenty of vegetables and fruits, and is laced in many a food entree. So this isn’t particularly hard to get in our diets.
Since there are many sources of Vitamin C, we wanted to get to the bottom of the top fruits and veggies containing it, the one’s with the highest milligrams per serving. For our research, we paid a visit to the trusty and reliable Nutrition Data for the goods.

Nice post!, Guava is quite rich in Vitamin C, maybe even more than orange, apart from a number of other vitamins and minerals.
Thanks for your informations. About the oranges, eat always also the withe peals, because it will makes you “digest” the vitamines, otherwise have no meaning to eat a lot of oranges.

Great list. I have always been a fan of guavas as I can eat lots of them without getting as acidic as I do with oranges.
Thank you for sharing that list to us readers. There are other people who have no idea that the things listed above has Vitamin C which we need to have in order for us to become healthier. Now I know that the orange peels have also Vitamin C.
