Fresh garlic may not cook properly in the ricotta cheese so we use powder. You can use fresh garlic with the spinach.

@greendaypilot : hope we are not too late in responding,
zucchini might make the dish soggy. We personally
have never tried using zucchini but if
you do, please let us and other viewers know your
    experience.

Before I go and make a crappy dish, what do you think of adding zucchini and eggplant to the entire recipe you’ve provided? Too much?

I’m more of a meat eater, but I’m planning on cooking for a vegetarian group soon.

    Great video! Thanks!

Excuse me? Who are these people who say Italian food is not blod or stimulates the taste buds? Mmm must be the hillbillys who eat at the mall. Italian food is very taste bud stimulating. Just depends on what one thinks Italian food is………. Ciao.. A presto

Please leave out whatever you don’t like…but Italian food is not Italian food without garlic… ;)

We intentionally did not overlap so that the cutting and serving is cleaner and easier…
Regarding the noodles – interesting, we had never heard of just adding them to water…so how long should we leave them in water? We followed the instructions on the package.!
    Thanks for your feedback!

Hello Ladies…receipe is great considering the mix of flovours…But just couple of things…lasagna is all abt generous fillings….i guess instead of just filling in lines it wud have been better its filled fully, and the noodles have to over lap each other while , and the noodles are certainly over cooked as i can see in the video…the cardinal rule for lasagna noodles is never boil them turn of the heat and just place them in already boiled water….but u r mix of ricotto cheese was gud..
