This has excellent protein per tablespoon. It has 1 gm sugar which is wonderful for those of us looking for increased protein and enhanced nutrition. For those who are diabetic or on anti-cancer programs who drink it straight with no sweetness or fruit, be warned, it doesn’t taste that great, but a person can adjust their taste buds as per the incredible product that it is. For those who can add fruit or some sweetness to it, it is the perfect way to go. I appreciate the fact that it doesn’t have hardly any sweetness in it otherwise I could not use it. So any review that suggests it isn’t the great product that it is, are talking about the low sugar issue. So my advice, need more sweetness to it, add a banana or some fruit and then you’ll love it. Also know that you need a blender or something to whip it up with as it doesn’t blend well stirring by hand. I thank the company for making a product that is so low in sugar that I can have it as I need more protein; soy and meat are out. Wonderful product and very economical. The best. Very highly recommended.
