When you first went vegetarian, and looked for food, were you like oh right, that’s meat I can’t have it?

it seems like almost everything comes with meat! and all the restraunts
like my mom made chicken last night, but i didn’t have it. just made a taco salad with beans instead

    Yes. Or when you go to a restraunt you could ask for no met and order a salad, or pasta dish with no meat. I no when a friend was doing the no carb diet she would order no bun on a hamburger.

    Nope. Just gotta know what restaurants have vegetarian options. I personally don’t like going to restaurants to begin with, but when I do [cause my wife loves to] we go to places that are obviously going to have vegetarian options. Otherwise, when I first went, I literally lived off that processed/frozen/premade crap for a while until I started making my own food. It seemed hard at first, but it really isn’t.
