Where can i find tasty and easy vegetarian recipes/food?

I recently went vegetarian after going to warped tour and learning from peta2 but my parents are concerned about my nutrition and such. all websites/store/food suggestions are welcome!

    peta.org has many recipes. there are also products like morning star that are for vegetarians.
    congrat’s on you becoming a vegetarian!!! spread the word

    Nutrition: You can get all your vitamins, minerals, and nutrients from plant based foods, just research on veg nutrition and eat a variety of healthy good foods!

    Stores: Pretty much basic grocery stores, and Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are really good, Farmers Markets are good to shop at, and if you live in Portland Food Fight grocery is an all vegan store. Online stores are also great!

    Food: The main foods are water, fruits, vegetables, nuts (almonds cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc), beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc), seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), soy products (tofu, TVP, tempeh, fortified soy milk, miso, etc.) pulses, whole grains, quinoa, seiten, nutritional yeast, cereals, chickpea, seaweed, lentils, & vegetable, hemp, and flaxseed oils, plant meats, and plant milks.
