]]> The ASPCA is giving away free pet rescue window decal stickers to help keep our dogs and cats safe in case of an emergency.

The pet decal stickers are meant to alert emergency personnel that pets are inside your home. The kit also includes a free ASPCA magnet with space for you to enter in the local number and web address of your pet emergency agency. Just in case.

To get your free pet safety stickers and kit, fill out the easy form on the ASPCA site.

]]> I just stumbled upon a cool site that has tons of free vegetarian icons for your blog or myspace page. The icons are not coded, but if you use my free image host. You can download them, grab the code, then add the icon to your blog, website, myspace, forum, or wherever you want.

It’s simple, all you have to do is:

  1. Right click on the vegetarian icon you like, save to your PC
  2. download at Bink You
  3. grab the code
  4. add the vegetarian icon wherever you like

]]> Knut, the abandonded polar bear from Berlin, celebrated his first birthday on December 5th.  He was cute and cuddly when born, but has grown quickly into his current 25o lb frame.

He is quite the attraction at the Berlin Zoo, where Knut has a private and pampered habitat. Celebs like Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes have been spotted catching a glimpse of the birthday boy.
