Hi everybody. Hope all is good. Today i present you with a super duper easy (and yummy) recipe for vegan tacos. In the video above we watch Jess, rocker girl from The Veronica’s make a vegan taco from scratch. Watch the video if you’re looking to make yummy (but easy) meat-free tacos tonite, tomorrow (or whenever), as this is a quick and inexpensive recipe.

Jess’s easy vegan tacos ingredient list is below:

Avocadoes (to be mashed)
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Refried Beans (canned will do)
Taco Shells
Vegan Cheese
Garlic clove
Lemon (juice)
***Secret Ingredient (watch the video for Jess’s secret ingredient)

What About You?

When you make vegan tacos, do you use a special ingredient? As for me, I like to sprinkle in some Mexican hot pepper juice. It doesn’t set your mouth on fire, it’s just the right amount of hot and makes the tacos totally pop. Well i use it on lots of my meals, rice and so on. It makes everything pop. LoL. Try it, it’s good.
